Founder & Executive - Military Spouse Foundation™
Roxanne Reed is a proud military brat, military spouse (retired) and mother of two. She is a published author in Military Spouse Magazine, professional contributor for Military Officers Association of America and Blue Star Families, a contributor/advisor for Military Spouse Corporate Career Network and has been featured by Fox News, CNN, and America Supports You (ASY) Radio for her thought leadership in military spouse career and entrepreneurship issues. She is a certified instructor and has experienced her own entrepreneurial success throughout the country and within Onslow County, North Carolina. She has spent the past 15 years establishing herself as a community leader among professional military spouses through business consultation and mentorship, and is proud to have co-founded the Military Spouse Foundation.

Roxanne has earned a Bachelor of Science of Psychology from Old Dominion University, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, and Project Management Professional Certification from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington.

CELESTE BEAUPRE
Board Member, Co-Founder, Operations Officer
Celeste has over 30 years of experience in management, business development and corporate training. Throughout her career, Celeste has played a vital role in the success of organizations like AT&T Communications, All Fired Up Company& Jane Wayne Gear, Education Communication Systems, Inc. and Corporate Learning Solutions as well as the Founder and Course Developer of the Quest Management & Training Institute at the Keller Graduate School of Business. With her passion for education and entrepreneurial business, Celeste is experienced in creating and implementing long distance learning services, business reorganization and consultant programs. Celeste has been a featured speaker at many corporate events and a course instructor at numerous educational institutions, which led to her involvement with the Military Spouse Foundation.

TERI TWIGG
Community Relations & Mentor Program Team Leader
Teri Twigg is a proud USAFR brat and Marine Corps spouse. She has over fifteen years experience in marketing and business consulting, event planning, and community relations; specializing in government contracts, non-profit organizations, and small business. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the President of Quantico Officers' Spouses Organization and a board member of the Marine Officers' Spouses Organization of Washington DC. Teri is passionate about connecting and supporting military spouses and entrepreneurs; encouraging and empowering them to reach their potential.

Teri has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Hospitality Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. 

KAYE PUTNAM
Director of Marketing
Kaye Putnam is an Army spouse and mother of two. She has over 10 years of experience in marketing. She is an expert in social media marketing, copywriting, public relations, and interactive strategy. She has worked as a marketing consultant, writer and graphic designer for clients in government, hospitality, entertainment, retail, automotive, education and many more. Her work has been featured on SpouseBuzz.com, Army Wife Talk Radio, Semper Fiesty Radio, and Army Mom Talk Radio. 

Kaye has earned Bachelor of Science in Business Adminstration with a Marketing concentration from Michigan Technological University.

DANIEL V. RILEY, JR.
Lead Instructor, Subject Matter Expert & Mentor
Daniel V. Riley, Jr. has expertise in a variety of business disciplines based on his background in Federal government, sales, customer service, and the staffing industry over a period of 40 years. His career success is largely due to his leadership skills and information and human resource management strategies. His U. S. Coast Guard career included an assignment as Chief of the National Port Security School, as well as various Division Chief positions at the U.S. Coast Guard District staff level.  These assignments called on his experience in marine safety, marine environmental protection, port security, training and personnel development.  Dan brought these unique experiences from his military career into his role as Senior Custom Project Manager/Designer for AchieveGlobal, the world’s largest performance improvement company, where he has worked with companies like AT&T, US Air Force, Citizens Bank, PC Connection, Heineken USA and Liberty Mutual.

Dan earned a B.A. degree in political science from Providence College and an MBA in financial management and information resource management from Babson College.

Jim Howell is a Lieutenant Commander of the United States Navy, Retired Reserve as well as an instructor at the Coastal Carolina Community College and Cape Fear Community College. He has also worked as a small business trainer and mentor at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Registered Investment Advisor in the state of Michigan. He is a member of the Center for Entrepreneurial Development and has a special interest in professional development for military members and their spouses.

Jim has a Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
